Returns + Exchanges
Over here at Lady/Lay, we're a 2 woman show which means we're keeping our return policy small and simple. Because we only make limited quantities of each style, we only accept exchanges or returns for store credit (shipping is non-refundable).
Of course, we want you to be happy! If you want to issue an exchange or are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at email@example.com within 7 business days of receiving your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate you! If the return or exchange is agreed upon, you'll be responsible for shipping your item(s) with the carrier of your choice.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. After 7 business days, all sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements (all items must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached). Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your exchange or store credit.
